Siesta Time!

Well I think this may be the end. My heart has gone out of the blogs and I'm not sure if I'm gonna continue with them or not. Why? Well Freddie is at Seattle Sounders who I just can't get into - just don't like the colour of their kit for a start. Smudge is always on the bench at Newcastle and there's just no news. Only Beckham is peaking my interest at the moment with him being at Milan so I may keep that one updated.

It's also a time thing and these days I feel like I am doing it just for the sake of it. The blogs are just getting stale without constant updating and as a result the number of visitors is falling and the comments and feedback have almost dried up.

So I'm taking a break. I'll just follow the guys myself. The blogs will stay up for a while if people still want to look around them until I decide what I'm gonna do.

Take care

Paul

Hi! I've been reading your blog for about a year and really, really like it. But I understand that you're tired of doing it, since it must be a lot of work, so thank you and all the best, Linda

Are there any other Freddie-Blogs you can recommend?

Aww it's a shame that it had to end but I understand why.. as I did have a Freddie page once for a bit but I couldn't keep it up to date because I was so busy with work etc. :( It's even harder now that he has moved to USA!

Thanks for all the great news and pictures you posted on here throughout the years though.. they were great! I always came on here to get the latest pictures of Freddie! :D

Good Luck with whatever you are doing now... x

Paul, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I've been reading your blog since it was a freddie's page, I was 15 maybe, now im 21. I dont even remember how I get in but it became my fav page since then.
sorry If I haven't show my support as much as I should but this is the best blog for Freddie ever!!
for the person who is living so far away from freddie and London and all the news sources there, I really appreciated what you have done.
It's the worst news for me coz now this blog is the only source that I always visit for Freddie's news..I know it would be hard for you too coz even I love Freddie very much it's just so hard to follow him..

I LOVE this blog. and I THANK you for all the great work here!
just dont wanna admit that Freddie is now near the end of his career but this closing makes me realize that it is happening.

I hope for the best for you and I will never ever forget your effort that kept me close to Freddie thru all these years. Hug you big time !! :)

Hey all...just thought I'd share; Sounders played the Galaxy at home yesterday and they drew 1-1 even going a man down after the 56th minute. Freddie crabbed at the ref and gave one of the players the 'pinky'...meaning he told the guy he must've been as skinny as a pinky to go down on a bump like that....:):):) Freddie's been doing well and it's nice to see that he still has 'heart' that he had at Arsenal...:) If he continues as he has he'll have made a much bigger impact for the Sounders than Beckham did for the Galaxy. He seems to be fitting in with his team much better than Becks did so I wish him well and am so happy he's fitting in and playing well...:):)

Awww thanks for the great blog Paul, I can't get into the Sounders even though I do try to watch when I can to see Freddie sence I promised myself I would follow him after he left Arsenal but that was easier said then done. Still love the guy though and I'll miss this blog. He'll always be a red head gunner to me.

yeah Freddiegirl I think Freddie will fit in better then Becks did in LA. I'm getting into the MLS a bit more this season.

I am starting slowly but surely my own freddie blog to somewhat take over where paul left off. I am not really familiar with blogging, but I just loved this site so much, I feel there still is decent freddie news to be viewed. So here it is, I am very open to suggestions. http://freddieljungbergzone.blogspot.com/
